We had booked for 4 nights 8-12/10 and once we saw the beautiful apartment we extended our stay until 24/10. The apartment is equipped with dishwasher, oven, electric stove and fridge. Very professional and helpful staff - Nadine and Sofia in the reception, Esther in the restaurant and a very helpful and friendly lady in housekeeping. Could not have wished for more.

Do not trust Google map. Go to the tourist office and get the detail steps to get there. Something missing in Switzerland is the signs. We couldn't locate The EV1 bus stop and walked a mile rolling our luggage. Finally, when you get to Utelberg, Google says walk 8 minutes. No, it was a 30 minutes uphill walk with our luggage. We were exhausted. Here is a tip- call the hotel and they will transport your luggage. The big fuss is that this is a no car zone. So, no taxi no Uber. We stayed here 2 nights- our beginning of our 8 days in Switzerland. I came here to ride the Swiss trains. It was my dream to ride trains. I enjoyed the trains so much.
