The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Our room was spot on - clean, spacious and perfect for what we needed. We loved the location - close to the lake, the centre, the tramline, and with a couple of supermarkets close by. The roof terrace was a great bonus. Breakfasts were delicious and, particulary for the 2 of us who are vegan, offered plenty of choice. We also made use of the self catering facilities, which were great. We loved the extra touches too - free water and apples, welcome icecreams, and free coffee throughout the day. If we do come back to Zurich, without a doubt we will stay at Alma.

It is a very large and well equipped apartment with living room, enclosed patio and Library/study. the Kitchen was well equipped (although I would have liked an electric kettle.). The bedroom is large and the bed very comfortable. An excellent breakfast was served in the guest dining room. it is a home for retirees so not perfect for younger people but ideal for us oldies. The ferry to Zurich stops not far from the building and the SBB train is a very short walk away. Save money on a posh hotel in Zurich and stay here.

A good location for a relaxing holiday in Kloten, Hotel Allegra Lodge is a condo hotel surrounded by views of the city.

Close to the airport. The breakfast was excellent with great variety of hot/cold foods. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They upgraded our room at no extra charge as we requested an early checkin.
