Clean rooms, beautiful design and artwork, the owners are so nice and helpful. Outstanding view of the city from the room, but very quiet because it is on a hill 5 minutes from town. They have the most sweet and friendly cat. The breakfast was outstanding, everything fresh and delicious- it was breakfast and lunch together. Eguardo speaks excellent English. Just stay here!

Located in Puyehue National Park, this hotel offers a restaurant, fitness centre and swimming pool. Puyehue Lake is a 10-minute drive and Antillanca Ski Centre is a 45-minute drive away. Unlimited access to wonderful thermal pools. The hotel is good set in beautiful well kept grounds with designated walks. There's also a lot of indoor space to chill out in, as well as plenty of indoor options for rainy days (pool, table tennis, bowling, table football, escape room). Exactly what we needed post international travel and busy cities.

Extremely clean bathroom, bedroom and kitchenette. Super comfy bed. Huge breakfast served to our room at the time of our choosing with local cheese, avocado, a selection of cold meats, milk, youghurt, jam, natural juices and incredible bread (they bake it themselves). All appliances working including a Bose bluetooth speaker, perfect for enjoying the complimentary bottle of wine to soft music in the jacuzzi at night. Gloria y Cote are the nicest hosts ever, they treat you truly like family. They were so nice that when I asked for a charcoal grill to make a night barbecue they bought one specially for us! Even though Castro city is close (5 min drive) we went looking for a quiet place to relax but this exceeded our expectations, if you need a place to relax in Chiloé THIS IS IT!!
