It's a top class hotel, nothing to complain about. Staff were friendly and helpful. We got a free upgrade when we arrived and the room was really nice. The view was spectacular from the 22nd floor facing the CCTV building. The buffet restaurant had a really good selection of food, and even had a malatang station (you select meat and veges and a chef cooks it for you). The hotel is above a really large mall, but it's all fancy expensive stuff. There is a really fancy chocolate shop maybe 4 times more expensive than NZ! The mall leads directly to a train station, which was very convenient for getting around.

The staff were also fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their hospitality truly made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Beijing. Can’t wait to return!

Certain rooms feature a private bathroom with a hot tub, while others have bathrobes and slippers alongside with a walk-in shower. Some rooms have a seating area to relax in after a busy day. The room was enormous and had a great view. The bathroom was a great size too. The bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was large and had a full range of Asian and Western options. The lobby smelled amazing.

The location was excellent. Hotel staff were absolutely warm and friendly, and always so helpful. The room was modern, spacious and cozy. We couldn’t hear anybody talking along the corridor or next door. It was peaceful and quiet.
