The Jumeirah Hotel was impeccable. But the quality of a hotel is not only about the interiors, amenities, services. I think that the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff are very important. My main wonderful memories of staying at the hotel are connected with the help of the concierge Hans. We simply asked him to order a taxi to the airport. He found out that our flight was cancelled. Thus, we could not fly to Shanghai and did not have time for our flight to Madrid. For almost an hour he was in touch with the airport, the airline and rebooked all our tickets. In the end, we accidentally found out that his working hours had long ended, but until he helped us, he did not leave. We are very grateful to him! And we have wonderful memories of the Jumeirah Hotel.

The staff and service were nice and professionel. We had everything we could ask for. The view was nice as well. We will for sure book this hotel again when we visit Guangzhou. Apart from being next to the louvre furniture mall which was convient for my trip the entire team was truly outstanding from Leo at the concierge to Eddie at the reception, Stephy the finance manager was exquisite and not to forget the exceptional Mr Yang who made sure I had everything I needed when I needed it. Best time ever!
