My family and I had a great stay at this hotel in Guangzhou! The location is perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. Our rooms were very clean, quiet, and super comfortable. Everything felt fresh and well taken care of. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend it

Sheraton Guangzhou Panyu provides free shuttle bus between the hotel and Canton Fair Complex for in-house guests during Canton Fair period. I had a fantastic stay at Sheraton Guangzhou Panyu. The staff were truly outstanding—always attentive, friendly, and professional. A special mention goes to Mr. Lee, who went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. The facilities at the hotel were top-notch, from the well-maintained rooms to the luxurious amenities like the pool and fitness center. The overall ambiance was perfect for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Light is a bit dark to work. But overall everything’s good. The room is clean and comfortable. Attentive service and delicious meals. I’d book again.

I am really happy with my stay here! I came with my mom(60 years old) and she has always been picky with the accommodations. But she loves this hotel!!! The room is incredible beautiful, love the cozy vibe and the fresh flowers which adds a little bit to the atmosphere. The service here is wonderful! Everyone seems happy with their jobs, when I talked to them they smiled and responded nicely. TBH you don’t see this level of service a lot in Guangzhou, comparing with other hotels. Well if you’re looking for any honest feedbacks here I would say this hotel worths your money!
