Hotel location is superb, just beside the MRT station — so easy to get around! Breakfast buffet was solid, and the staff were really friendly. Gave us a high-floor room upgrade somemore. Very impressed, will stay again!

The Grand Fenghuang Reserve-Free pick-up localiza-se em Fenghuang e apresenta um bar e um casino. Absolutely brilliant stay! The FengHuang Kasen Waterloom Keep's grounds are lovely and breakfast was fantastic. The real standout was their service: arranged a hotel car to collect us from the station and provided dedicated transfers to the local sights. Staff called right after booking to organise our travel and even helped plan our itinerary - extremely professional and helpful. Proper job, highly recommend!

铂曼智慧酒店-Near the east gate of the Forest Park, about a 10-minute walk-There is a beautiful small river at the entrance-offers free self-service laundry -Attraction Tickets Serivce in advance-Free... If I visit Zhangjiajie again, I would still choose this hotel. The service, facilities, and location are all excellent! The overall cost-performance ratio is much higher than expected. Considering that hiking in Zhangjiajie can make you sweat easily, the laundry service is really satisfying. If you want to have breakfast at the hotel, it costs 18 yuan per person, which is quite reasonable, mainly because of the local breakfast specialties. I quite liked the rice noodles. If you don't want to eat at the hotel, there are also many other breakfast shops within about a ten-minute walk nearby. The hotel is near the East Gate of Wulingyuan, and it takes just about 10 minutes to walk along the river to the East Gate of the Forest Park. The location is really excellent. If you are hesitating about which hotel to choose, picking this one will definitely increase your travel satisfaction by more than five times! This hotel has left me with very wonderful travel memories.
