The property was at an excellent location for exploring Changsha’s main sights and pedestrian street. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The restaurant offers a great selection for the buffet breakfast and a superb view of Changsha by day and night. We were greeted by English-speaking staff which put us at ease immediately. Jack kindly provided us with all the necessary information to make the most of our stay in Changsha. It was a half way stop on our trip around China so the laundry facilities were very much appreciated and the ease of use made it all simple. A great place to stay on your next visit to Changsha.

The FengHuang Kasen Waterloom Keep's grounds are lovely and breakfast was fantastic. The real standout was their service: arranged a hotel car to collect us from the station and provided dedicated transfers to the local sights. Staff called right after booking to organise our travel and even helped plan our itinerary - extremely professional and helpful. Proper job, highly recommend!

Floating around at sunset, watching the sky bleed orange behind those crazy peaks... ​mind-blowing scenery therapy.​​ For context: our kid did laps in his inflatable kayak while we sipped something cold – THAT kind of space! ​Total game-changer for the brutal temps.​​ ​Rooms nailed the vibe:​​ beautiful ​​"ancient charm" with dark wood beams and silk accents,​​ but also ​stone-cold A/C that worked like a champ​ (crucial detail!). It felt refined, not stuffy. Slept like a log after those long days. ​The REAL MVP though? Their "Adventure Concierge Team."​​ Seriously. We rolled up with zero plans, just said "show us the best of Zhangjiajie without melting." Hilton Changsha Riverside nằm ở Trường Sa, cách Yingwanzhen Station 5.2 km và Xihu Park Station 5.8 km. Clean and tidy. Polite staff and the breakfast was amazing. Excellent river and city view.
