The hotel was modern and Zen in decoration. The staff is friendly and so helpful. The room was lovely and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with Chinese food. We used the free washers and dryers and petted the resident golden retriever. Just 5 minutes away is a good restaurant, and the views in the area are gorgeous!

Hotel was very clean and had all necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and Mr Jack Ma is very kind and helpful for any customer need. Next time I will be in Changsha I will definitively come back

Free airport pick-up was a huge plus - they even arranged a complimentary car to take us to the river, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast spread was excellent with plenty of choice. Staff were incredibly helpful and always had smiling faces. Perfect for a relaxing few days away. Highly recommend.

Hilton Changsha Riverside nằm ở Trường Sa, cách Yingwanzhen Station 5.2 km và Xihu Park Station 5.8 km. Clean and tidy. Polite staff and the breakfast was amazing. Excellent river and city view.
