The J Hotel Shanghai Tower delivers a truly elevated experience, both literally and figuratively. My upgraded Stateroom was a showcase of refined modern luxury, with a glossy dark floor, cream and gold accents, a superbly comfortable bed, and an elegant bathroom featuring a marble-bench rain shower and sculptural bathtub. Every detail was thoughtfully considered – from the Nespresso machine and premium minibar to whisper-quiet climate control and fully electronic curtains and lighting. The views over the Huangpu River and Shanghai’s skyline, especially by day, were simply breathtaking. Breakfast was outstanding, combining a refined buffet with à la carte options, fresh berries, multiple nut varieties, unsweetened yoghurt, and exceptional service. Staff throughout the stay were attentive without intrusion, anticipating needs before they were voiced. The bar offered spectacular river views, superb cocktails, and a refined atmosphere once the live music began. A takeaway breakfast box prepared for my early departure was beautifully presented and freshly made – a wonderful gesture.

JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Shanghai Pudong Pudong Pudong is located on the bank of Huangpu River in Shanghai’s dynamic Pudong district and close to Lujiazui central business district. Room was great. Lovely view. Great in-room amenities like espresso machine or Aromatherapy brand shampoo/conditioner. Very nice and helpful staff. I loved the bar "Le Manoir Ling" and the gentleman working there recommended a nice gin. I would also recommend taking a walk by the river on the other side of the hotel.

There are 2 dining options on site. There is a signature Japanese restaurant YONE on the 27th floor and a brasserie style all-day dining restaurant Shanghai Tavern, 3 lounge bars and 2 rooftop bars. We had one of the most outstanding "HOSPITALITY" experiences of our lives during our 2 nights at the Shanghai EDITION Hotel. The location of the hotel is ideal, located on the main shopping street. Just a few steps to the Bund, which is an unparalleled experience, especially in the evening illumination. It has a special atmosphere. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a bathroom with both shower and bath. The view from the room's large windows is unrivalled. Yet, what was even more striking was the extraordinary helpfulness and attentiveness of the staff. Throughout our stay we felt important and they looked for ways to make our stay easy, comfortable and enjoyable. I would recommend the bar on the 26th floor, the view is wonderful. The roof terrace is also special, but the cold winter weather during our stay did not allow us to enjoy it, but even at this time of year it should not be missed for a few panoramic photos.

Boasting a fitness centre, a bar and 2 restaurants, The Sukhothai Shanghai is situated in Jingan District and is 1.2 km from People's Square. Excellent on all points. Room to restaurants to staff and facilities is outstanding

Located in the heart of Shanghai, The St. Regis on the Bund, Shanghai features spectacular views of the Bund, Huangpu River and Pudong skyline. Thank you for arranging a cake for my brothers birthday twice . The hospitality, friendly staff , rooms , breakfast & location were all great .
