The property also boasts 4046 square metres of flexible meeting and banquet space. The rooms were spacious, well-decorated, and well-equipped with right amenities. The hotel general facilities (restaurants, bars, breakfast area, pools, lobby...) were very well furnished/decorated, and being run professionally. The hotel staff are all very welcoming and helpful. The executive lounge (which I could use just once) was a plus.

It offers free Wi-Fi and wired internet in all areas and a fitness centre. The Four Seasons Hotel in Shenzhen is my top choice every time I visit the Shenzhen Convention Center. Its location is incredibly convenient, and I can easily walk there. All the rooms are very spacious, especially this time, when the hotel staff upgraded me to a room with a complete study. For someone traveling alone like me, I felt it might be a bit too luxurious, haha! But I really loved it! Especially the next day when I returned to my room after finishing work and saw a beautiful potted orchid on the desk. I felt like my heart was melting! I really love you guys, and I’ll definitely come back next time!

The staffs are really helpful and the service is nice and efficient. I think the service is excellent.

Like Sagrada Familia but a hotel instead, like a cathedral but better in many ways. Just a straight 10/10 for me. Super automatic Toto toilets throughout the hotel, warm seats, separate controller, bidet electronic control flush type options. Best breakfast on the planet, I took many videos which I never normally do, there was an actual block of fresh honeycomb honey hanging in one area which was just amazing, every type of food catered for.
