The staff were really helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was great! Lots of delicious and fresh options. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. I enjoyed the turn down service in the evening as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable clean room, a little dated but far outweighed by the excellent service across the entire hotel, convenient location and breakfast. Located right next to the metro station, Starbucks and good Japanese restaurant over the road, what more do you need?!

My room got upgraded after I signed up as a member. Room is spacious on high floor. There is a sitting area which is relaxing. Location is good, accessible from Futian high speed train station and by subway line # 4 by Convention and Exhibition Centre. Lots of malls nearby with a lot of nice restaurants. There is a convenient store nearby too. All within walking distance.
