Offering outdoor pool and indoor pool, Hilton Shenzhen Shekou Nanhai is located in Nanshan District, Shenzhen. Free Wi-Fi access is available in all public areas. The room was stunning—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated, making it a perfect retreat. The highlight, though, was the incredible staff who went above and beyond when I lost my AirPods. Carol, Aileen, and Martin in particular were relentless in their effort to help me find them. Thanks to their determination, I got my AirPods back, which was a huge relief. I can’t praise this hotel enough for both its beautiful facilities and the exceptional service.

Centrally located in Futian District, The Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen offers luxurious accommodation with free internet and free parking. At the Ritz, all is great, as one would expect. We had some issue with the room, and the issue was solved very professionally: this is how a superior 5 star hotel is supposed to work! Good outdoor swimming pool. Great breakfast (the breakfast at Ritz is the "benchmark" I use to compare breakfasts at other hotels). Superior food quality and ample choice of both western and local food. Can also find india-style breakfast and fresh sushi. Subway a 2 min walk, a food plaza at 3 min walk....

Ideally located in the commercial centre of Futian District, the Futian Shangri-La Hotel Shenzhen stands at 40 stories, making it one of the city’s landmarks. Amazing breakfast, great location near places to visit, shoping center and restaurants. I would recomend the Horizon club (i didn't take it but i would do it now!)

It’s modern and clean, price and service were excellent. The location was good, close to a shopping mall with lots of restaurants and coffee shops options

Like Sagrada Familia but a hotel instead, like a cathedral but better in many ways. Just a straight 10/10 for me. Super automatic Toto toilets throughout the hotel, warm seats, separate controller, bidet electronic control flush type options. Best breakfast on the planet, I took many videos which I never normally do, there was an actual block of fresh honeycomb honey hanging in one area which was just amazing, every type of food catered for.
