A great value and an extremely well appointed hotel room with very nice touches and great furnishings. Everything felt very new and clean and definitely one of the nicer 4 star hotels in the airport area. Good working AC and very helpful front desk staff - including Joyce who helped me with my WIFI. Breakfast is high quality but is mostly Chinese style (which I like) with Rice noodles 🍜 and a few hot Chinese dishes. Hotel 🏨 is in a little shopping area (with a bunch of other similar airport hotels) that have some tea shops and local restaurants. Great choice for a layover at the Kunming airport.

The location is excellent, with a small entrance directly to the Old Town and easy access from the main street which convenient for guests travelling with luggages. The hotel blends modern comfort with traditional architecure beautifully. The breakfast offered a great variety.

The hotel is beautiful from the moment the car pulls up out the front. It's huge with 420 rooms. My rooms was quite a walk from the lift was there was a view everywhere. The room was quite large and had everything I needed to enjoy my 4 nights.

Friendly staff. Dinner location is slightly without a nice atmosphere. Location is close to nature. Far from the centers, shops, restaurants etc. but easy to take a taxi. Hotel helps you arrange.

Our stay at the Shangri-la Resort in Shangri-la City was magnificent from the time we checked in till our departure. The front desk attendant was patient in answering our questions and requests and made sure that our queries were well taken care of. The porter who escorted us to our room, took our luggage and gave us a thorough introduction to the hotel and its facilities - the warm welcome continued. Shangri-la City is at 3200m above sea level which can make many people feel unwell with altitude sickness, which affected my wife. The hotel caters for this by having an 'oxygen lounge' that is a room enriched with oxygen where guests can sit and relax whilst acclimating to the environment. The hotel rooms are well appointed with 5 star amenities. Furthermore, the hotel offers late check-outs when available and free transfers to/from the train station and airport. The hotel manager was attentive, responsive and went through extra mile to ensure we have a comfortable stay. In summary, we couldn't have asked for more.

The rooms themselves are also heavily inspired by local homes, a warm welcome ensured by the traditional Chinese wooden furniture; colorful hand-woven tribal-style rugs; and tactile textiles and wall-hangings. One of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in. The animals were so cute, my kids loved them

Special thanks to David and Lison, they're both really professional and friendly when I check-in. I want to express my thanks to them because they help me to get an extra-bed when all the double room were booked. I would definitely come back and select hotel Indigo in Lijiang again with such kindness and professional services.

Both a bicycle rental service and a car rental service are available at Jayden NAXI Healing Lodge臣安纳西疗愈小院 - Namaste, while cycling can be enjoyed nearby. It was great time in Lijang. Johnson and Carol were very friendly and kind householders. They helped us to find hotel in Shuhe antique cite, answered all our question about Lijang, Jade show mountain and cetera. Room was really large with cozy atmosphere. This time in Lijang wiil be deep in our hearts for the years. Strongly recomend this hotel.
