(By the way - you meet the hotel shuttle van 🚐 just 100 meters left of Arrivals Gate 1 as you walk out of the Kunming Airport). A great value and an extremely well appointed hotel room with very nice touches and great furnishings. Everything felt very new and clean and definitely one of the nicer 4 star hotels in the airport area. Good working AC and very helpful front desk staff - including Joyce who helped me with my WIFI. Breakfast is high quality but is mostly Chinese style (which I like) with Rice noodles 🍜 and a few hot Chinese dishes. Hotel 🏨 is in a little shopping area (with a bunch of other similar airport hotels) that have some tea shops and local restaurants. Great choice for a layover at the Kunming airport.

Only a short 1-minute stroll from Shuhe Ancient Town, The Bivou features accommodation in local and modern styles combined together. The hospitality and care for the wellness of their guests go beyond expectations and anything I have ever experienced in a hotel. From the first moment of walking through the doors and being greeted by May and HeiMi (the cat), I felt the warmness of stepping foot into Bivou-instantly, I was at a place that felt like home. Right when we stepped through the threshold, we were offered homemade bread (that I could still taste even now) and some delicious apple tea. The ayis (aunties) helped move our heavy luggage into the beautiful room, and spent time introducing the activities in the hotel, activities we could do around Lijiang, and different hikes that we could go on. Our room was so COMFORTABLE - high ceilings, spacious bathroom with a rain shower, clean and woodsy interior, and firm beds with warming mats. The welcome package included lotion, lip balm, and the most comprehensive maps of Lijiang, as well as a binder filled with activities to do. The activities weren't your typical "tourist" activities but they were incredibly curated, local gems like biking to Baishi village and going to see the Naxi orchestra (Nomi helped booked for us! Thank you!). The owner of Bivou is so fun and helpful - she gave us a map for Tiger Leaping Gorge and even helped us arrange a hotel on the trail! For a lot of my stay in Lijiang, I was sick (some food poisoning), but the ayis, especially May, kept me alive - not even exaggerating. They went out of their way to cook porridge for me, recommended and brewed red tea for my stomach ache, delivered homemade soup and dumplings up to the room, and changed the bed sheets at midnight for us. The Bivou cafe was the ONLY place I trusted to eat at because I wasn't feeling well. The food is so healthy, fresh, homecooked with love, and absolutely healing. Bivou is not your typical boutique hotel, not the Banyan, nor the Four Seasons.

Breakfast was superb . The Reception staff was the best that we have come across out all the hotels we have stayed around the World. Specially Cindy and Karon helped us a lot. They booked Taxis whenever we wanted and got whatever we wanted within short notice. This is to the Management of the hotel ...You Have some great staff working for you.

The hotel is beautiful from the moment the car pulls up out the front. It's huge with 420 rooms. My rooms was quite a walk from the lift was there was a view everywhere. The room was quite large and had everything I needed to enjoy my 4 nights.

Situated in Kunming among the greeneries, a 4-minute drive from Haigeng Park, HUALUXE Hotels & Resorts Kunming has a fitness centre and garden. Clean, nice resort. Good breakfast buffet. Nice free tea ceremony in the lobby. Friendly staff. Dinner location is slightly without a nice atmosphere. Location is close to nature. Far from the centers, shops, restaurants etc. but easy to take a taxi. Hotel helps you arrange.

Our stay at the Shangri-la Resort in Shangri-la City was magnificent from the time we checked in till our departure. The front desk attendant was patient in answering our questions and requests and made sure that our queries were well taken care of. The porter who escorted us to our room, took our luggage and gave us a thorough introduction to the hotel and its facilities - the warm welcome continued. Shangri-la City is at 3200m above sea level which can make many people feel unwell with altitude sickness, which affected my wife. The hotel caters for this by having an 'oxygen lounge' that is a room enriched with oxygen where guests can sit and relax whilst acclimating to the environment. The hotel rooms are well appointed with 5 star amenities. Furthermore, the hotel offers late check-outs when available and free transfers to/from the train station and airport. The hotel manager was attentive, responsive and went through extra mile to ensure we have a comfortable stay. In summary, we couldn't have asked for more.

With guestrooms scattered in the foot or mid-levels of snow mountains, Jinmao Hotel Lijiang has been designed to form a street scene similar to those found in the old city of Lijiang, where guests can... Jinmao Purelax Lijiang exceeded every aspect of our expectations. The staffs are super polite and helpful, rooms are neat and clean. We can see the Yulong Snowy Mountain right at the balcony and at the buffet hall. The internal landscaping is gorgeous. With trees and flowers of all kinds surrounded, there's a great sized lake where black swans and ducks call it home too. The hotel also keeps a few alpacas, ponies, goats and boarder collies. Our children really enjoyed petting the animals and feeding the swans and fish every morning.

Hotel Indigo Lijiang Ancient Town is located in Lijiang Ancient Town. It features a wellness centre, an indoor pool and a fitness centre. The luxurious rooms offer free wired internet. Breakfast at the intercontinental was good and the view was superb

Jayden NAXI Healing Lodge臣安纳西疗愈小院 - Namaste có khu vườn, phòng chờ chung, sân hiên và nhà hàng ở Lệ Giang. Ngoài bếp chung, chỗ nghỉ này còn có sân chơi trẻ em. Great looking authentic Naxi style house, yet room is very large, modern and comfortable. Top location a few minutes walk away from Shuhe old town. Hosts are a model of helpfulness, and genuinely nice people. Do yourself a favor and spend a couple nights with Johnson and Carol. Bonus: cute kid and dog to play with :)
