The good energy and effort she puts to make the guests feel comfortable is amazing. Overall the rooms are super clean and are cleaned every day. Location is nice because it is further in the jungle compared to Leticia but still reachable within reasonable time (20-30mins) by car

We returned here after our Amazonas trip and we really enjoyed our time here. The room was clean and spacious enough for our family of 4. The kids loved the swimming pool and we enjoyed the hammocks and relax chairs around the pool. As a small hotel, Utuane offered a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere and that was just what we needed. The city center of Leticia is easily and affordably accessible by tuk-tuk, and the reception staff is more than happy to assist with calling one, ordering a pizza, or anything else you might need. Overall very laidback place and would absolutely recommend.
