The reception and maintenance teams were outstanding in their assistance, but several amenities fell short, including Wi-Fi, television, and corridor lighting, which suffered from malfunctioning sensors. The advertised wellness center was also unavailable. These issues may stem from the management transition to an interim administration. Despite these shortcomings, the staff's accommodating nature was appreciated.
