Nothing to do with an ordinary hotel where you are just a room number. Eduardo knows everyone's name and is offering a great and personalized service! We were 2 families and stayed for 3 days, the locations is perfect distance for all the activities in the area. In the evening, the kids enjoyed the pool or the spa and the massages were divine even for the kids, they loved being covered in chocolate at the end! Eduardo helped us with transportation, diners orders, reservations, recommandations and even dealt with the air company when our luggage got lost! (our Spanish is pretty basic). I know that the area has a great deal of places to stay but I wouldn't hesitate to got back again and again! Thank you for the great time and the memories Eduardo!!!
