The only thing I didn’t like the maid came for service of personal laundry when she saw I had lots of laundry she kind of changed the subject and just walk out. I felt that she didn’t want to do it.

The waterfall hike experience guided by Jon, the excellent service from the hotel staff, and the free access to the other thermal baths. And of course the amazing views! The surrounding countryside is stunning, and it is in a perfect location for visiting the two nearby thermal baths. The staff is extraordinarily kind and helpful. One of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had for the price. Truly an all around pleasure.

Sazagua Hotel offers spacious rooms, an outdoor swimming pool and free WiFi. It is located 10 km from the centre of Pereira and free parking is available. This is a great retreat. So peaceful with attentive staff who provide excellent service from the minute you arrive until your departure. The food particularly the breakfast is excellent. We did a hike in Cocorro valley and a trip to a coffee farm. Both were arranged by the hotel and are highly recommended.

What stood out the most was the location, right in the heart of the Circunvalar of Pereira. Being so close to bars and nightlife made it incredibly convenient to enjoy a night out and get back safely. The hostal itself is cozy, with clean and comfortable rooms, and the staff is welcoming and attentive.
