Everything at this lodge was amazing! Absolutely worth the price if you enjoy hiking and being in nature. The staff was fantastic. The spa was lovely. Great food. 10/10 on everything!

This tropical hotel is located next to Costa Rica's Arenal Volcano, 6 km from La Fortuna. It offers a natural hot spring, outdoor adventure activities, a luxurious spa and scenic volcano views. We had such amazing experience there!, it is a lovely place with a vast variety of things to do. You can enjoy the spring waters, spa-massages, , do excursions to the volcano arenal, do trecking, buffet meals and many more activities. People there were so friendly and the service was excellent!

To summarize, this place is a must visit.

Quiet , peaceful, super friendly staff. Very comfortable beds , great breakfast and they accommodated my need for GF as I am Coeliac. The grounds were absolutely stunning and the rooms were huge. Amazing wildlife, we saw toucans , iguanas and heard the howler monkeys.

The serene atmosphere and stunning views make this place unforgettable, but what truly made our stay magical was the top-notch spa and service from the staff. We had the best massage of our lives—it was pure perfection. The therapists were incredibly skilled, and the tranquil open-air setting elevated the entire experience. To top it off, we were treated to the enchanting sight of monkeys playing in the trees during our massage! It felt like something out of a dream. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious and fresh. Nothing quite like starting your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee while toucans flutter through the trees. Special thanks to Jogebeth, whose warmth and impeccable service made our stay even more special. From her attention to detail to her genuine care for our comfort, she went above and beyond. Arenal Amor is a slice of paradise!

There is just one apartment, so it's very private, and had plenty of room for 3 people. Quiet location, but close enough to town to walk. The entire space was super-clean, and had great air conditioning, wifi, coffee, sugar, salt, and everything we needed for cooking. Welcome book was very helpful and included personal recommendations for local sights, restaurants, and shopping nearby. There's safe parking right outside. Andrés was exceptionally kind and responsive!

Offering an outdoor pool and spa centre, Finca Luna Nueva Lodge is set in Fortuna in the Alajuela Region, 26 km from Monteverde. Finca Luna is the perfect balance between environmentally friendly establishment and luxury and comfort. The nature (vegetation and animals from iguanas to sloths)around the hotel compound is amazing and gives lots of options to explore. The staff is wonderful and ready to help and support all your needs, including tours in the area. Our favorite was childrens eternal rainforest hike. The restaurant serves mostly food prepared with homegrown vegetables and fruits through regenerative farming. The accommodation we had was Casa Deluxe and it had everything you need. Swimmingpool is always accesible to relax, and it is cleaned with ozon, so no chlorine, which is fantastic. For practical matters, the internet through wifi worked fantastic (happy kids), and the cost of food was ok, but if you want to explore other restaurant options in the area, you need a car. Overall, Finca was the best place we have ever stayed. Hope to be back someday.
