The front desk staff, especially Ernesto, was very patient and welcoming. The views from the room, the pools, the restaurant were all incredible. Such a luxurious and relaxed vibe. The room was huge. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying. We did not want to ever leave! We also really enjoyed the tours with Santos, especially the E-boat.

Amazing property and private bungalows. Staff was exceptional and food incredible! Many thermal hot springs to swim in and we saw monkeys!

Everything was perfect. The location, the service, the food, very friendly and kind staff. We loved the private garden at the beach. We also had a great and relaxing massage at the Spa from Emily and Angie.
