A beautiful property, right in the jungle with outstanding rooms and facilities. The location was superb - right next to the airstrip and an easy walk into Puerto Jiménez. We saw and heard so much wildlife and went on a spectacular night hike with Osa Wild. The pool area was great and the trails around the grounds were also wonderful. Food and drink was quite expensive, but we could cater for ourselves when we wanted to as we had kitchen facilities in our room.

Cannot recommend Ana’s place enough.

There’s a restaurant and small market on the property. The casita has everything you need. AC, hot shower and comfy beds. Management is always there to answer questions or make a dinner reservation for you.

Hotel Belmar is located in Monteverde, Costa Rica, features a unique restaurant with on-site brewery and a juice bar; also it has an organic garden and certification on sustainability. We did the ficus and farm visit excursions and absolutely loved both of them, as did our 10 year old son. The location, room size and staff were all excellent too.
