The beach and pool area are well controlled. We appreciated that there was a control on access to this important area The quality of food was excellent. The location is perfect. The room was airy and comfortable.

The staff were across the board friendly and helpful. The rooms were immaculate, well-maintained and really large. The landscaping and design of the hotel was exceptionally beautiful. I loved the parrots and macaw in their cages, the koi ponds, the black swan, and the lizards and iguanas around the property.

I have visited several Caribbean locations, but this one was definitely the best experience I've ever had, and I will return there again and again! Breakfast (included) was terrific, with many options. The staff is fantastic; they make you feel like they are there for you and only you. The most amazing beach you can dream about is at a distance of 50m in front of your room, with direct access from the room to the beach. Great and well-equipped gym. Three excellent restaurants in the hotel. We tried three other restaurants outside the hotel, but none of them even approached the quality of in-house dining!

We stayed in a Coco Casita and it felt so spacious. We ended up on the second floor of the casita instead of the first floor, and had amazingly high, beautiful ceilings with a ceiling fan and air conditioning. The little lizards that popped up on the path were quite intriguing.. they had amazing colors. It felt nice to be connected to nature right there next to the beaches and other resorts. We had an amazing time hanging by the pool as well. It was very calm and the other travelers that were drawn to this same place were relaxed and quiet. The Coco Cafe has great menu items and the dishes felt very well thought out and they were very delicious. The happy hour from 3-5 was a delightful part of the day. Many other guests would use the pool at this time and it felt so lively and refreshing.
