Nice room and well laid out. It was our favorite hotel on the trip.

The more active guests can visit the on-site squash court or the 2 18-hole golf courses and go-carts located near the hotel. The buffet was awesome. There were a lot of options welcoming champagne 🍾 the staff also helped me with my wife's birthday to organise the room they also gave us complementary cake witch was a really nice touch overall good value for money on the all inclusive would defently recommend and i will be staying again.

Hotel staff are at the top of their game - efficient, friendly, and clearly customer-focused. Our room was upgraded to a cabana, which provided a beautiful view and dedicated lounges. The room was well appointed, comfortable, and extremely clean. The pools are gorgeous, restaurants excellent, and amenities plentiful. I also appreciated their dedicated app for guest services such as housekeeping, ordering room service (directly to your lounge chair), and other items. Truly a four star experience.

The Elysium features a stunning multi-level outdoor pool, including a hydro-massage area. Guests may relax with a drink at the swim-up bar, while those staying in the Royal wing may enjoy the adults-only Royal pool. Everything was amazing! The staff were incredibly kind and made our vacation very special. A special thanks to Heather and Rachel in the kids club - they were unbelievable. Our 7 year old son never wanted to leave!

Queens Bay features a pool terrace offering panoramic sea and sunset views. Guests can also relax in the sauna or try their skills in French Bowls, table tennis and archery. The staff was very helpful and polite. Queens Bay served complimentary breakfast. which was awesome. The food served in breakfast was all fresh. Cleanliness was excellent.

Guests also enjoy access to the sauna and hot tub, as well as the spa facilities and indoor pool. Great place and very convenient location! Brand new - just opened 3 months ago. Amazing SPA and nice apartments.
