A buffet, continental or vegetarian breakfast can be enjoyed at the property. Gasthof is located close to A9 motorway, 1 to 1,5 hour from Munich. I was there to visit IFAT exhibition. I arrived 1,5 hours after check-in time. The owner waited for me with the keys. Any problems. Typical tasty German breakfast, fresch products and milk was so good that I was drinking almost one litre every morning. I suspect that it was from local farmer. I stopped for two nights. 188 euro compering to 1000 euro in Munich during Messe, nothing to discuss. Even if the owners don't speak English, always Google translator can help😃. The room was big, clean and comfortable. Next time if I travel nearby for sure I will stop here. Thanks to the owners for great hospitality. 👍

Wellnesshotel Schönblick is surrounded by scenic hiking and cycling trails in the Altmühltal Nature Park. Massages and a fully equipped gym are also available at the hotel. The hotel room offered a view across the Altmuehltal, as did the wonderful infinity pool. Staff were very friendly - I'll definitely be back, it's such a beautiful hotel.

This family-run, 3-star hotel in the village of Schambach lies in the heart of the Altmühltal Nature Park. It features a bathing pond and free use of wellness facilities.

Guests can relax on loungers by the pond. The Lindenblüte wellness area includes saunas, a steam room, a Kneipp foot bath and a massage service. Staff was friendly, hotel and rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable. Very quiet (people and surroundings).

You may prefer to simply relax and make use of the hotel sauna, infra-red cabin and solarium. Alternatively, you can visit the nearby health resort of Treuchtlingen, only 3km away. Breakfast was ok. Not bad, not great. Dinner was excellent.
