The room was excellent with a wonderful view on the Elba River. There is a free parking lot. The hotel and restaurant stuff is professional and kind. The food was delicious and variet. The spacious rooms of the Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten feature rich décor. All rooms include an espresso machine, flat-screen TV, DVD player and free films. Beautiful building with history. The room felt spacious because of the ceiling high. The staff were all welcoming and very professional. One the staff (Tamara) heard we were celebrating 18 years as a couple, and made a small gesture as a surprise in our room. This small gesture is what’s separating excellent service from good service.
