Hotel Maximilian’s is a historic hotel located in the heart of Augsburg, a 10-minute walk from the Fuggerei Museum. It features elegant rooms and suites and a restaurant with show kitchen. Upon arrival, a few young people came up to our room to deliver macrons and fruit. It was such a lovely surprise!! They were very welcoming and professional. Such a nice bright start to our time in Augsburg. I also LOVE the pillow menu and the smell of the soap in the room.

This family-run 3-star hotel in Bad Mergentheim enjoys a peaceful location on the banks of the Tauber river, just a 10-minute walk from the historic quarter and Kurpark spa gardens. The staff was very friendly and would help wherever they could. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The mattress in the bed was probably the best I've ever slept on.
