Guests at Scandic CPH Strandpark can enjoy a buffet breakfast. We got an early check in and an upgrade to our room. I was travelling with a child and we walked into that hotel way ahead of time, quite exhausted from our previous travels, and the front desk staff offered us a warm smile and got us up to our room in just a few minutes. We loved our stay there. We had great view from our room, we loved visiting the rooftop lounge after dinner and had most fun at breakfast the next day, as Scandic breakfast buffets are the best. I did get a little annoyed that I had to wear shoes to the breakfast as I planned to just wear socks, but that did not ruin the rest of the experience. This hotel is only one train stop from Kastrup Airport so we had a very comfortable departure the next day. I most certainly will stay there again.

Hotel Kirstine’s à la carte restaurant focuses on traditional Danish cuisine. Vegetarian dishes and children's meals are also available. It has a cosy, open fireplace during winter. Clean and comfortable traditional hotel with an inviting ambience. Lavish breakfast with extensive choices of high quality produce. We had a small issue with our room and were quickly upgraded to another room. Comfortable beds give a good night’s sleep. All staff was excellent and nothing too much trouble. Good central location within a short walk to the centre of town.

I would recommend it for a couple getaway, I also believe the hotel is adult only which actually make sence according to the concept and facilities.

The Nordic-style breakfast features local and organic foods. The spa Ni'mat, located next door, offers bookable treatments. We like the happuhour and good breakfast and everything good. It is my third time at Ibsen and I will be back. Thanks for us.
