The receptionist was very, very nice, and gave me a room with a beautiful view of the river. The hotel is near the central station, the region is safe and full of other stores and restaurants, charming. Just had to cross the street to reach the river and take a bath. Near the city centre, and many sights, but also a calm location. Amazing hotel.

Opened in 2014, this central Copenhagen hotel is 450 metres from the Amalienborg Castle. It offers individually designed rooms and free Wi-Fi access. Very cozy. I loved the furniture, it was very old school. Huge windows you could open. I got an upgrade as well when I got there.

Kurhotel Skodsborg offers two restaurants on site and free parking back of the hotel after registration of your license plate in the hotel reception. The spa features a sauna and hot tub. They surprised my husband with small cakes on his birthday the day we arrived which i didn’t expect that they would do that even they said they don’t have package deal for my ideas. But they really made effort with everything greeting card and cakes it was excellent.
