All staff are very friendly particularly reception staff. Their all restaurants and food are awesome particularly blue lounge restaurant and their indian chef mr. Lakhpati was mind blowing chef. Strongly recommended for everyone.

SUNRISE Posh Club is a luxury boutique product of the international hotel brand SUNRISE Resorts & Cruises. The Posh Club offers high-level services and experiences to its guests. Everything but especially the people, In particular Mahmoud Eldeeb from Reception, we met him last year in our previous holiday and he always makes us feel at home, he is super nice and professional at the same time! We also want to say that Said the chef is amazing, he cooked amazingly well always available for our request especially for our daughter. All the guys in the restaurants especially Gaia and Lucina restaurants made our holiday unforgettable, the reception team in the person of Said treated us 5 stars, we will be back for sure ❤️

Vegetarian, dairy-free and vegan options can also be requested. The hotels is incredible, smart layout, well designed and lots of good areas where you can spend your time. Good pools, nice beach and chairs/sunbathing sofas everywhere. Restaurants where amazing, buffet was alot better then your average hotels buffets (so much to choose from and high quality.) WIFI was very good, was able to stream everything at a high bitrate (youtube, football, twitch etc...) And last but not least, the staff! In some hotels i feel uncomfortable getting overly served especially when staff "fake it", not here, i believe the staff is genuinely happy working at this hotel. At the same time they seem so relaxed, and that made it so much easier for me to relax. I get the feeling that the hotel is taking very good care of its staff, and in turn the staff is taking very good care of its visitors.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the aqua park – it was so much fun for both kids and adults! The food was also excellent, with a great variety and quality that exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway.
