We enjoyed the room very much. Our cleaner (I think his name was Sayed) was great, very attenuative to our needs. The manager of the main restaurant (dont remember the name but he said he was new) was such a joy to have around! We and our kid loved him, he made the time in restaurant such a pleasant time. Actually, any staff we engaged with (including the beach staff) was exceptional!

Excellent resort with excellent staff. Mr Khaled made us comfortable throughout the stay. He went the extra mile to accommodate our dietary preferences. He followed up after every meal to know if we were satisfied. The other staff are also very friendly. The resort is impeccably clean.
