Mustapha at Leo’s Bar, Alae at Vanilla, and Alex & Ibrahim at the American Bar all went above and beyond with their outstanding service. Located in the heart of Madinat Makadi, the 5 star JAZ Aquaviva offers Makadi Water World featuring 50 adrenalin-pumping water slides and an 18-hole Championship Golf Course an extra charge. We were very positively surprised. Food was amazing, people very kind, rooms very cleaned up. Ibrahim, ismail and mohammed from house keeping were very friendly and professional. We stayed in room 2103 and they helped us out alot. Zahra always checked in on us! The waiters in the restaurants were also amazing and kind! Thank you for our amazing stay!
