Everything was great, staff in the hotel is AMAZING - very professional and helpful. Karim and Asma from the reception was really helpful, I also loved the spa personel and restaurant personel.

The spacious rooms are air conditioned and feature satellite TV. Some have a balcony and all are filled with natural light.

Guests can make use of the fitness centre and sauna. The hotel also offers a 24-hour front desk and staff can help organise local tours. Everybody was very nice. The absolutely best place in Luxor. Would like to come again

Everything about the cruise was fantastic - the staff, the food, the room, the itinerary, we loved it all. A highlight was having lunch up on the top deck. Also the housekeeping team left us goodies in the room room and other fun surprises too. I am vegetarian. The restaurant manager and team ensured I had lots of delicious options every day - I would highly recommend this ship for vegetarians and vegans.
