The hotel staff was very attentive and friendly, and they were happy to offer advice on anything we needed. The breakfasts were excellent. The rooms were clean and new. The receptionist, Ms. Merna, was very kind and friendly—she also advised us whenever we needed help. If I ever return to Luxor, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

We downloaded WhatsApp and contacted the cruise director Maher Aziz who is so kind and helpful. He and the all staff are extremely polite and everything is arranged perfectly! The chefs are also the best who provided delicious meals, the best of all the meals we had throughout the trip. Thank you very much everyone!

The hotel is beautiful with a fantastic pool and multiple restaurants all serving fabulous food. They even packed us takeaway breakfast because we were checking out before 6am. Definitely book this hotel if you can - we can’t wait to return!

We really appreciated how all the amenities and appliances were functioning perfectly, which made our stay so easy and comfortable. ​The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, which made a big difference. The location is also ideal, with a market nearby, making it convenient to grab anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Luxor.
