First of all I would like to thank you all for the great & amazing hospitality services we got it while the full period we stay in your lovely resort (me &  my wife) it was a great experience along with the profisionality services starting from the first date we reached the hotel, while our stay and  till late check out privilege we got. Special thanks for the welcoming team at the entrance, courage, the coffee shop & the restaurant we got the breakfast in three days.. Thx for a the food quality and profisional Servcie by full team in both restaurants and coffee shop too. Thx for the Chief Mr. Ramadan for his great hospitality and welcoming smile in the three days along with his colleagues for the delicious food! As well thx for Om Shahed for the Mshaltet desert and Abosalam too. Thx for the great time we spent at the evening time in the coffeeshoop in same hotel was great in getting 5 Star Servcie by Kareem & Adel too. As well i should raise an appreciation to the hotel Management specaily to Mr. Ahmed Abdulmenaim for his profisionality services for his immediate action in solving a sevral issue to keep us in his priority to have a peace of mind considering all the miss and opservasions which give me an extra privilege services by his amazing humble attitude and decisions.
