We had to go across the road to access the aqua park and the beach which is a 5 min walk. They do have a shuttle service as well. The staff at the Club are very friendly and always willing to help. Highly recommended. PS. I don’t normally mention names. But, it’s always good to appreciate exceptional service. Mr. Ahmed for taking the effort to ensure our stay was a pleasant experience. Mr. Mohamed Salman from the reception for take the time to check on us every opportunity he had. How can I forget Mr. Hassan Ebrahem (server/waiter) for ensuing we were served our drinks and any other requirements

We stayed 1 week with my wife and everything was just perfect. The location of hotel is super. You can enjoy in city life. You have everything in hotel. Foods were good. Aqua park was enjoyable. Pools were clean and heated. The sea also was not cold. We visit in Feb and the weather was not cold, we can swim but in the evening we need to wear jacket. Everywhere were clean and all the staff were so kind and helpful. Specially thanks to Abdalla from reception, Ahmed from buffet restaurant, Moustafa from Oasis bar, Ali from house keeping, Yasser from concierge. Abdalla is the perfect guy. He was communicated with us for everything. There was my wife birthday and exactly 00:00 he sent the cake. Even when we checked out he prepared for breakfast box for us which is so kindness. We planned to visit again in summer time.

Room was modern spacious and with all the amenities. Bed and pillows were super comfy. Restaurants were great 👍 All the staff was very efficient and curtyest. it was a great stay we extremely enjoyed 😉 ❤️

Various cocktails are served at the pool and terrace bar. Another amazing stay 🤩 The staff were incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. Huge thanks to the reception team for their kindness and hospitality. The housekeeping team did a great job keeping the rooms clean, and the guys at the bar were super friendly and professional. I’d especially like to thank "Muhamd Bebo" at the reception for going above and beyond to meet all our requests throughout our stay. The place is absolutely lovely and relaxing — this wasn’t my first time here, and it definitely won’t be the last!
