We drove past the town and needed somewhere to sleep only. This lovely hotel exceeded our expectation. It has a beautiful courtyard with outdoor seating. All the staff at reception are so friendly and helpful, we immediately felt at home! The room and bathroom are so cozy, we love all the deco! The bed is super comfortable, the windows and doors have excellent sound proof, we slept so well! The breakfast selection and displays are art work, it's another highlight of our stay. We highly recommend this hotel to any travelers.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast.

Set in Cadaqués, 1.2 km from Salvador Dali's House, Hotel Villa Gala features an outdoor swimming pool and a garden. This is a fabulous boutique and we would highly recommend it. The staff were friendly and recommended exceptional places for lunch and dinner. They were out of this world! We initially booked the brand new hotel (Boutique Hotel Salvador) - but so happy we got to experience Villa Gala. We will definitely come back. Cadaques is simply gorgeous. Thank you for a wonderful few days.

Set on the outskirts of Pau, Hotel Mas Lazuli boasts an outdoor pool, sun terrace and outdoor dining. The elegant bedrooms have free WiFi and mountain views. What a surprise!This was more like a couple resort. The grounds were outstanding. Well maintained. A little off the beaten path, but well worth the detour

Hotel Peralada Wine Spa and Golf has rooms with views over the resort golf course. The hotel also offers an outdoor pool and a spa is available for a surcharge. Staff. All impeccable. From the cleaners to the head waiters. Every one made you feel welcome. Every one seemed to like being there. Absolutely delightful experience. Food was top class. Tried others in the area, hotel food was different league and service exceptional. Special mention to Eduard.

Set on the outskirts of Avinyonet de Puigventós, Mas Falgarona offers free Wi-Fi and features an outdoor pool and sun terrace. The hotel is 7 km from Figueres. Beautiful hotel and surrunding. we enjoyed the SPA and breakfast. very relaxing atmosphere. Stuff was super nice, informative and helpful. Nice activities around the hotel - we enjoyed visit to the Teatre Museo Dali in Figueres (15 min. drive) and a nice walk around the lake in Banyoles (30 min drive). However, if you need a break to do nothing for a day or two this is also a great place to just relax.
