Reception, especially KRISTEL, was magnificent and she made it her mission to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. From explaining the area of Barcelona we were in, giving us a map and pointing out nearby highlights, giving us dining tips, and always greeting us with a smile, Kristel is a prime example of excellent customer service and someone who is truly caring and loves their job. We received little handwritten notes from the hotel over the course of our stay and it really shows that the hotel sees you as a GUEST and not just a CUSTOMER. The room itself was amazing and everything was immaculately clean. The room was huge and had a lot of windows letting in natural light. Bed was super comfortable, even the extra bed since we were 3. Breakfast was high quality since it is on an order basis. I actually prefer this to buffet options where the food is oftentimes old, cold, or both. The staff at both breakfast and at the rooftop restaurant were extremely helpful and friendly. Checkout was equally amazing. Since we do go to Spain often, The One Barcelona will now be our go-to hotel whenever we visit.

I have never ever saw that menu in any hotel i visited. 7 Stars *******

All the cooked options were delicious, especially the Eggs Benedict. The restaurant in the Hotel serves a good choice of food, all the options we tried were very tasty. The Hotel is located approximately a 10min walk from the underground system and from the route of the Hop-on/off tourist bus providers. This area has number of other restaurants. Also, all the staff were very helpful, friendly and professional, nothing was to much to ask of them.

The apartment owner is very nice also the location is highly recommended..it us located in the center of barcelona the tram station is 2minutes walk and is connected to all thr tourist spot in the city ..wet market that sells seafood is just the opposite street and supermarkets and restaurants are just a step away
