A continental breakfast is available every morning at the accommodation. We were treated like VIPs. The staff upgraded our room, gave us complimentary breakfast and even provided a bed and bowls for our dog. Nothing was too much trouble. Great front desk staff who were happy to switch and upgrade our room, as we smelled cigarettes in the one we booked. Delicious and plentiful breakfast and fresh fruit juices. Free parking right on the quiet street in front of the hotel.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with a large TV and free nice coffee provided. The location is excellent — just a 5–10 minute walk to the city center and old town, and within easy walking distance to many tourist attractions. The host was friendly and caring, which made the stay even better.

This was the best travel experience of my life and it is largely due to the great customer experience that the team at the Palacio provided. I cannot wait to return!
