The former monastery has 2 large cloisters, as well as gardens with a terrace, a breakfast lounge and meeting room. For an extra cost, there is a spa offering an indoor swimming pool, Turkish baths, contrast showers and a relaxation zone. The restaurant serves traditional dishes and offers a TV with Canal Plus channels. Breakfast was excellent. Complimentary Cava every evening was a pleasent surprise.

El Lagar de Isilla is an exclusive hotel, set in the winery of the same name. Aimed especially at wine lovers, it features wine-making themed décor like barrel tables. It offers free Wi-Fi and free parking.

The restaurant inside the property serves traditional Spanish dishes. Very nice and comfortable room. Friendly staff. The SPA was amazing.

The Burgo de Osma’s spa has a huge range of treatments. Here you can enjoy the thermal circuit, hot tub, sauna or Turkish baths. They also offer massage. The facilities were very comfortable and the staff super friendly, and the food was exceptional. We had a great relaxing weekend there.

This converted convent is in the beautiful Duero Valley and has its own vineyard and a spa. Boasting spectacular gardens leading down to the Tormes River, it offers a gourmet restaurant and free WiFi throughout. Every staff member here seems to want to be here and are not just here as a job. From check in to restaurant to spa to wine tasting everyone is extremely caring and want to make the stay the best possible Food was delicious and huge portions. Wine is different which makes it a really good experience and not like everywhere else. Spa was brilliant and very relaxing. They are very particular about privacy in the spa so you actually land up getting a very private space for the time booked. Very thoughtful If you are in the area I would highly recommend at least a night stay. You will leave feeling like a princess/ prince when you leave as that's how much effort the staff put in.

The robes and slippers were so nice. The staff were very welcoming and excellent.

Amazing breakfast buffet and dinner options, including many unique specialties and local plates. The location was also very clean, quiet, and I felt extremely safe as a solo female traveler. I was genuinely sad to leave!
