The kindness and friendliness of all staff, not just to guests but to one another. Food was fantastic and varied. Liked the courtesy dressing gown, slippers and toiletries provided. We loved absolutely everything: location, SPA center, restaurant, house, and personal attention towards us. We spent a wonderful weekend far away of crowded places. The price was good as well.
