The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, spa and free WiFi is available. Everything is perfect. The location is super center. All the staffs are very kind and attentive. Facilities are excellent. The lounges are very cozy and relaxing it feels home. We loved our stay and will recommend it 100%. If we will go back to Madrid we will definitely stay here again.

Access to the VP Biloba Spa is exclusively reserved for adults. Children aged 12 and over can enter when accompanied by an adult. The spa entrance fee is 10 EUR, although it is free when booking a suite, junior suite, or presidential suite. The rooftop pool will be open from May 23 to September 20, as it is only available during the summer season. The service is amazing! The whole hotel has a tongue-in-cheek, super smart interior design by none other than Spanish superstar Jaime Hayón, who went all-in and devised every single detail. A pleasure to live in! Full disclosure: because of a system slip on their side, the super accommodating staff offered us a major upgrade to one of the third-floor suites.

The entire property was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which contributed significantly to the overall comfort. The pool area was a highlight — beautifully kept and perfect for cooling off in the warm weather. Breakfast offered a wide variety of quality options, catering to different tastes and dietary needs. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality.
