Excellent location, very professional staff, everyone was very friendly and helpful, the food, the room, the garden bar, rooftop bar - all amazing, artsy and contemporary, all detailed to the highest standard - we absolutely loved it. And all of this in a real palacio in the center of Madrid - we walked everywhere and came back for a nap and then went again :) concierge recommended best food places all nearby

These traditional restored apartments are set in the most authentic area of old Madrid, only a few metres from Puerta del Sol. It's self check in after 6 pm so the process was very smooth. The place is amazing, it's like a little apartment and you have many amenities that make the experience even better. The location is unbeatable, we are in the middle of everything, we were walking distance from many attractions, we never used taxi or something similar. You have many options around for eat, drink, shows, everything literally. The staff very friendly and they have a special price for the flamenco show in front of the place. I HIGHLY recommend it, we were very happy with our experience.
