Mylène was superbly helpful in getting us settled, making activity and restaurant suggestions and being available as needed. The apartment was well equipeed and the snacks were very welcome. The sauna and jet tub were a welcome relief after a long journey and active days. The views from the many windows were beautiful.

But the real surprise was the optional dinner, starting with champagne and hors d'oeuvres in an impressive vaulted wine cellar, before progressing to the homely dining room to savour more courses of delectable food prepared with pride by Gauthier, the friendly host/chef/sommelier, who also provides a choice of wines throughout the evening as he sits at the table with co-host, Hélène, to join in conversation with guests from around the world. The room was perfect for our family, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was just what we needed before heading back on the road. The location was ideal for our trip from the Netherlands to the South of France — we couldn’t have asked for better. Highly recommend!
