A beautifully designed hotel that is perfectly architecturally integrated into the surroundings of vineyards and a small forest. The room was spacious with all the necessary contents and a beautiful view of the vineyard. The mattress and pillows are comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom is great for showering. Maintenance and cleaning daily. The internet was fast and reliable. Delicious breakfast with a huge selection of food and drinks and of course with a view of the vineyards :) . Friendly and helpful staff. The parking lot is big. We didn't have time to visit the large pool and SPA center, but it looks beautiful. We enjoyed both our stay in this hotel and the tours of the surrounding champagne producers.

Classified as a Historical Monument, this 17th-century building sits in a 7-hectare wooden park in the heart of Champagne. We have been staying here for a couple of years on our way back from skiing. A lovely hotel with a great welcome and a superb restaurant. We will be back.

Excellent location close to the cathedral and lovely cafes and restaurants. Great walking. Mylène was superbly helpful in getting us settled, making activity and restaurant suggestions and being available as needed. The apartment was well equipeed and the snacks were very welcome. The sauna and jet tub were a welcome relief after a long journey and active days. The views from the many windows were beautiful.

The breakfast was sensational everyday and far exceeded anything we have experienced on our travels! Just so delicious, nutritious, fresh and a great start to our day! Ohhhhh, and the home-made rhubarb jam is delectable. The bikes available for use are a wonderful touch that we enjoyed using daily to explore the area. We loved the setting, the spacious room and bathroom were relaxing and the garden was splendid. We were so well catered for . Breakfast was super and the whole stay was memorable.
