Our experience at the Loisium Wellness Hotel is definitely one to remember. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. The welcome was amazing! We immediately felt at ease, and that was enhanced when someone (Margeaux) brought our bags to the room - a welcome luxury after a long trip. The room was stylish and comfortable, with a beautiful view that perfectly matched the relaxed atmosphere of the hotel. We felt right at home and couldn't wait to start enjoying everything the hotel had to offer. Dinner was truly super delicious! Each course was a culinary treat, with fresh ingredients and perfect presentation. It was a true feast for the senses! And of course, the requisite champagne made the experience even more special. The staff made sure our glasses were never empty, which added an extra sparkle to the evening! The facilities of the wellness hotel were also impressive. Mylène was superbly helpful in getting us settled, making activity and restaurant suggestions and being available as needed. The apartment was well equipeed and the snacks were very welcome. The sauna and jet tub were a welcome relief after a long journey and active days. The views from the many windows were beautiful.

Nouria was an amazing hostess. She went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional! She is so knowledgeable about champagne and has worked in the industry and in many countries on many continents. Breakfast served in her beautiful garden room was delicious! Our visit was during the Christmas holidays and each morning we were greeted with a special series of holiday confections. She was able to get us a last minute reservation for dinner at a Michelin star restaurant. Nouria went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional!!!

Set in the heart of Epernay, this 19th century guest house offers spacious rooms decorated with pastel colours and featuring a flat-screen TV. Guests have free access to a spa. The host Laure is amazing, she serves exceptional breakfast. Location good. Apartments also perfect, very clean, truly "french experience". Would recommend to anyone.
