Raphael recommended an amazing hike for us and they both made sure we had everything that we needed. He even called to say we forgot something after we had checked out. We wished we had more time to stay there and enjoy the space. Also, the breakfast was delicious. Thank you!

The room was big and clean. The bathroom was updated and the shower had great water pressure. The spa was fantastic! Multiple hot tubs, a cold plunge, steam room, and sauna were all amazing. Staff was very friendly. Free parking just down the street.

Tea/ coffee large bottles of water in room and Nice toiletries - all incredibly personal and friendly. Lovely dinner in the restaurant and great breakfast. The personal approach is sadly unusual in most hotels, but not this one! Delightful management. Fabulous views and safe parking. Excellent stay.
