If you are fortunate enough to stay at Le Domaine du Castellas, you won’t regret it. The property is secluded, and once you arrive, you may not feel the need to do much touring, but that is precisely why it deserves a place in your holiday. This is not just accommodation, it is one of life’s special experiences that will stay with you for many years. The journey along the long, narrow road is soon forgotten when the property opens up before you. The views, tranquillity, beautifully appointed rooms, and exceptional service make it all worthwhile. We left already knowing we would return, something that rarely happens. The staff play a huge part in the magic here. From the talented chef to the gardening team, front of house, and the meticulous Elsa Picaud Dor, who we believe is the reason the property is so immaculate, every detail is cared for with dedication. We often come across wonderful properties with potential, but it is rare to find somewhere as special as this. If you are in the area, I would also suggest staying at Domaine Les Martins, closer to Gordes, which makes a perfect combination. David and Régis are outstanding hosts, and if you are lucky enough to find a room, you must experience their level of service. Together, these two properties offer an experience every bit as good as Airelles Gordes, La Bastide, but with far more local charm.

This boutique hotel is set amidst lavender fields in the Luberon region, 3 km from the centre of Roussillon. It was renovated in 2025 and features a spa where you can enjoy a hammam and whirlpool. Super friendly couple that runs the hotel! We had a lovely stay. The breakfast was delicious, rooms very clean and nice and also the pool was newly renovated and very clean and relaxing. We had a wonderful stay!

Situated in a former convent in Mane, built in 1613, Le Couvent des Minimes, un Hôtel & Spa L'Occitane en Provence RELAIS & CHATEAUX has a facade and a terraced garden with botanical plants. Truly an incredible hotel, I am fortune to stay in a lot of great ones, but this exceeded my expectations. Beautiful decor, amazing facilities, a great sensitivity for the volume of the space. Attentive staff, wonderful location, clear, quiet, nice guests, excellent restaurants and good. While the hotel was full, it never felt busy, a very impressive accomplishment. Spa is fantastic, we had a number of treatments. I 100% will be staying again.

Located just a 5-minute drive from the centre of Gordes, Hotel Les Bories & Spa is set in an 8-hectare estate of olive trees, cypresses, oaks and lavender. Everything! Staff was fabulous- beautiful surrounding, breakfast outstanding . Had spa treatment that was great- very accommodating to getting me last minute appointment.
