A beautifully designed hotel that is perfectly architecturally integrated into the surroundings of vineyards and a small forest. The room was spacious with all the necessary contents and a beautiful view of the vineyard. The mattress and pillows are comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom is great for showering. Maintenance and cleaning daily. The internet was fast and reliable. Delicious breakfast with a huge selection of food and drinks and of course with a view of the vineyards :) . Friendly and helpful staff. The parking lot is big. We didn't have time to visit the large pool and SPA center, but it looks beautiful. We enjoyed both our stay in this hotel and the tours of the surrounding champagne producers.

Excellent location close to the cathedral and lovely cafes and restaurants. Great walking. Mylène was superbly helpful in getting us settled, making activity and restaurant suggestions and being available as needed. The apartment was well equipeed and the snacks were very welcome. The sauna and jet tub were a welcome relief after a long journey and active days. The views from the many windows were beautiful.

We were so well catered for . Breakfast was super and the whole stay was memorable. Advice was really helpful. If you go I highly recommend eating at the restaurant by the theatre in Epernay. Breakfast served in her beautiful garden room was delicious! Our visit was during the Christmas holidays and each morning we were greeted with a special series of holiday confections. She was able to get us a last minute reservation for dinner at a Michelin star restaurant. Nouria went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional!!!
