Classified as a Historical Monument, this 17th-century building sits in a 7-hectare wooden park in the heart of Champagne. We have been staying here for a couple of years on our way back from skiing. A lovely hotel with a great welcome and a superb restaurant. We will be back.

Mylène was superbly helpful in getting us settled, making activity and restaurant suggestions and being available as needed. The apartment was well equipeed and the snacks were very welcome. The sauna and jet tub were a welcome relief after a long journey and active days. The views from the many windows were beautiful.

The breakfast was sensational everyday and far exceeded anything we have experienced on our travels! Just so delicious, nutritious, fresh and a great start to our day! Ohhhhh, and the home-made rhubarb jam is delectable. The bikes available for use are a wonderful touch that we enjoyed using daily to explore the area. Set in the heart of Epernay, this 19th century guest house offers spacious rooms decorated with pastel colours and featuring a flat-screen TV. Guests have free access to a spa. Laure was the perfect host, from her warm welcome, to her exceptional cuisine and wonderful personal touches, including her homemade yoghurt, butter and excellent preserves! The accommodation was comfortable and spacious, and ideally located for our overnight stay.
